Refund & Cancellation Policy

Tickets to our retreats — including those purchased on a monthly payment plan — are refundable up to 90 days before the retreat's start date, minus a $50 nonrefundable cancellation fee.

Cancellation deadlines

• Texas (March 18–22, 2027): cancel on or before December 18, 2026.
• Michigan (September 7–11, 2027): cancel on or before June 9, 2027.

Within 90 days of the retreat's start date, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Ticket transfers

Tickets are non-transferable. A ticket stays with the guest who purchased it and can't be resold, gifted, or reassigned to someone else — this applies both before and after the cancellation deadline. If your plans change before the deadline, cancelling for a refund is the way to go, and we're glad to help you through it.

How to request a cancellation

Please email info@veganwellnessretreats.com to request a cancellation. Questions are always welcome by phone or text at (231) 409-0002. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, less the $50 nonrefundable cancellation fee.
